Make sure youve performed step 1 first if you want to backup any of your Firefox customizations. During uninstallation tick the Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations box. Give that a try and let me know if it works for you, Perry. Go to Windows Control Panel>Programs & Features, find the Mozilla Firefox entry, select it and uninstall it.
